Project Management Service: Provisioning & management of skilled/unskilled workers to multi-national organizations involved in various construction/development projects in Bangladesh. The package includes recruitment, retrenchment, pay preparation & disbursement, administration, discipline, security, provisioning of food, accommodation, medical facility & insurance coverage of workers. The responsibility also covers trouble shooting by effective PR with local leaders, elites, govt & law enforcing agencies in a day to day administration and other unwanted problems at a budget tailored to the client’s need.
