Antecedent Verification

Antecedent Verification
Verification of genuine background and antecedent of a guard receives utmost importance during recruitment in PIMA. Genuineness of security personnel's background and antecedents are given due importance by PIMA. To ensure that a wrong person is not hired verification roll of a guard is sent to Police for verification of his/her character and antecedent. In addition we also obtain the following set procedures:

Union Parishad Chairman Certificate
Education certificate
National ID Card
Passport size photographs
Retaining finger impression
Recording temporary / permanent residential address
Reference from at least two referees
Verification at field level

Ex-Defense/LEA personnel preferable

Training of SISS Personnel
PIMA strongly believes in imparting adequate & proper basic training. Without proper training a guard cannot perform better and grow in confidence. We organize two to three weeks intensive basic training for guards in our training centre. Presently our Training Centre is being shifted from Dhaka to Khulna. We have complete training infrastructure for our guards which include barracks, training shed, training ground, qualified instructors, & training aids. In addition to basic training we also impart 'on the job' training and 'customize' training. Our training module includes:

Inspection and Monitoring
A planned, well-coordinated and systematic supervision is essential to ensure optimum performance of a security guard. We in PIMA believe that there is no alternative to continuous supervision, checking and monitoring of the field force. After receiving the feed back report from the supervisors. we continuously strive to improve the performance of the guard.
