Major (retd) Muhammad Ferdause Khan, PHF – Chief Executive Officer: An Indian army trained veteran of Bangladesh War of Liberation he was commissioned in the Army Services Corp from Bangladesh Military Academy, Chittagong on 18 June 1978. He has 12 years of military service to his credit where he served both in staff and commanded Rifle Battalions both in plains and Chittagong Hill Tract. He represented Bangladesh in Flag Meetings with India and Myanmar several time. Before joining Army he served in Vinnel-Zachery-Perini (USA) constructing bridges in Ameen Bazar & Nayar Hat, Radda Barnen MCH Clinic (Swedish Save the Children Fund), Dhaka and WHO Small Pox Eradication Program in Chittagong.

After retirement he joined Bluestar Provision Ltd and served as Chief Coordinator with Saipem (Italy) and CherringtonInc (USA) in 2nd Gas Pipeline Construction Project wef May 1990 to December 1992. He served in Business International Ltd as Business Development Manager for Surveillance Equipment for 03 years (1993–95). He led Bangladesh Business delegation to Bhutan during September 10 – 18, 1994. While serving as Manager Stores and Purchase in Biman Flight Catering Center (BFCC), (17 March 1995 – 15 March 1997), he Consultancy with MBA Provision, providing skilled/unskilled manpower to HAM VOA in Jamuna Multi-purpose Bridge construction. He also served as Dhaka Branch Manager in Group 4 Securitas in 2000 and as DGM Admin in Ekushey TV. He was involved with Edmund Nuttal (Netherlands) and Dredging International (Scotland) constructing Bhairab Bridge at the initial stage. He was Chief Coordinator for Dhanmondi Lake Development Project.

He is a Paul Harris Fellow (PHF) of The Rotary Foundation and also a Member of, Rotary Club of Mukto Swadesh RAOWA and Army Golf Club.

Mr Mohammad Aminul Haque – Manager Accounts: On completion of B Com from Raipur Government College, Narsinghdi in 1981 he started his career as a School Teacher in Samuj Ali UchchyaBiddyalay in Chatak, Sylhet. Later he worked as Accounts Assistant in Family Planning International Assistance, a NGO, in Dhaka for one year during 1986-87.

He joined WEDP (Women Entrepreneur Development Program) a sister concern off BSCIC (Bangladesh Small and Cottage Industries Corporation) as Assistant Accountant wef 26 October 1987. On closure of WEDP along with his other colleagues his job was also terminated on 25 October 2007. Later on the Orders of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh he, along with others, was re-instated as Accountant in the Technology department of BSCIC. He retired from BSCIC as Assistant Account Officer on 30 December 2019.

He is serving in PIMA as Manager Accounts with effect from 01 August 2020. During the tenure of his absence from BSCIC he joined PIMA as Accounts Officer on 01 November 2007. On completion of 05 years of service he was upgraded to Assistant Manager Accounts and continued till his release on 30 April 2014.

Ranju Gharami – Manager Operations: A Masters in Social Science from National University Bangladesh he has 17 years of working experience in different national and international organizations in social development and health sector at national/regional level. He is experienced in training, organizing, monitoring, evaluation and management for capacity building of local govt. through facilitation, providing assistance to Team and Project operations.

He is trained in program development, project cycle management, team leading, operations co-ordination, partnership management, program administration, monitoring, planning, budgeting, implementation and field supervision. He has attended a two days Workshop on Development for Managerial Leadership Skills from Dhaka Chamber of Commerce and Industry. He is also experienced in large-scale partnership and networking with UZ & Social Welfare Deptt, Civil Surgeon offices, NGOs, BRAC and multi-level stakeholders.

He started his career as Executive with PIMA in mid 2005 and went to BRAC as Program Officer – Micro Credit on July 2006. He returned to PIMA to take over as Operations Coordinator from 30 June 2011.

Mr Sheikh Mohammad Abu MuhidDeputy Manager - Sales: On completion of his Graduation from Chalna MM College, Dacope, Khulna Sheikh Mohammad Muhid joined in PIMA as Assistant Operations Coordinator on 01 September 2015. Before completing his graduation he worked in few NGOs i.e., as Computer Operator like Shushilan, at Satkhira (August 2011 to March 2012), Assistant Admin & Accounts Officer in VISION Scholars Academy, Dhaka (July 2014 to July 2015) and as Computer Operator in ‘Daily Lal Salam’, a newspaper published from Dhaka (July 2012 to December 2015). He is a skilled Computer Operator. In addition to his assignment he is also coordinating our Operations with IOM Bangladesh at Ukhiya, Cox’s Bazaar and various PalliBidyutSamity. Because of his hard work and dedications he is promoted to Deputy Manager, Sales wef 01 February 2022.

Warrant Officer Mohammad Sekander Ali Deputy Assistant Manager, Recruitment & Training: A Veteran of Bangladesh War of Liberation in 1971 he served with 3rd East Bengal Regiment under Sector 11 in Rowmari, Rajibpur and Kodalkathi under Lt Col MA Taher and SqnLdrHamidullah. He served in various Battalions of the East Bengal Regiment of Bangladesh Army for 24 years and retired as a Warrant Officer on 13 August 1995. During his long career in the Army he participated in various courses like Unit Drill Instructor, Small Arms Course, Basic Commando Course & Intelligence Course. He was awarded Commendation for Discipline by Army Headquarters.

Prior to joining PIMA on 24 December 2017 he had served as Security In-charge of Basudha Builders Ltd, Admin Director in Sainik Security Service Ltd and Admin Director in WIN Security Servies Ltd.

Rehnuma SanamExecutive – Public Relations & Customer Care: She started her education with OFA Prep school and then continued with Radiant International School, Siddiqui International Schools in Dhaka and went to Rockvale Academy at Kalimpong, Darjeeling, West Bengal, India. On return from India passed her ‘O’ and ‘A’ Level exams during 2005-20008. She studied in London College of Legal Studies at Dhaka.

She taught in various English medium schools in Dhaka including Mastermind International School with for long 07 (seven) years.

She is serving in James Pascoe Group in Adelaide, South Australia since 2019. She also owns a Salon Business (Beauty mark) in Adelaide. As one of the heirs she represents PIMA in Australia.

Ms Kamrunnahar Zhilik – Executive, Administration and Logistics: On completion of her Honours (Final Year) in Government Mohilla College in Jessore she joined PIMA as a Front Desk Officer with effect from 01 November 2018. A mild humble trusted young lady she has worked very hard in our company and climbed to the post of Executive Admin & Logistics.

Prior to joining PIMA, her first job, Zhilik had obtained a 06 months Course on Database Programming from Neptune Computer Academy under Bangladesh Technical Education Board, Jessore.
